Description

A flowing sequence of yoga poses coordinated with the breath and set to music to bring awareness to the physical and subtle energy systems of the body. It builds core strength, enhances posture, improves metabolism, and increases mobility of the joints along with flexibility.

Drop in if spaces are available - $6 per visit (register over the phone or in person same day).
