Barre Above is a low-impact, high-results workout that blends the foundational movements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. This class focuses on building strength, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and enhancing balance. Using a ballet barre (or a sturdy chair), light weights, resistance bands, and a mat.
