Get ready to strengthen, sculpt, and tone your entire body in this energizing outdoor workout designed for all ability levels (18+). This low-impact class focuses on building lean muscle, improving endurance, core strength, posture, and overall body tone in a supportive and motivating environment.
Using a combination of bodyweight exercises, light dumbbells, resistance bands, and controlled movement training, you’ll leave feeling stronger, leaner, and empowered after every class.
Classes take place outdoors at the community centre on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
