Description

Join us this season for an energizing outdoor workout designed for all fitness levels and abilities. This welcoming and supportive class combines cardio, strength training, mobility, and functional movement to help improve overall fitness, balance, endurance, and strength in a fun community environment.

Classes will take place outdoors at the community Centre on Tuesday & Thursday mornings.

💪 What to Expect:

* Total body workouts
* Cardio & strength training
* Low-impact and adaptable movements
* Outdoor fresh-air fitness
* Modifications offered for different ability levels

🎒 What to Bring:

* Water bottle 💧
* Running shoes 👟
* Optional light dumbbells (if you would like added resistance)
* Sunscreen/hat recommended ☀️

🚫 No mats are required, as we will not be working on the grass or ground.
