Our goal with this class is to promote relaxation, increase
mind-body connection & and move our bodies. We’ll do this through guided
breath work, movement, yoga asanas and meditation.
This class is suitable for beginners. Please consult with your healthcare
provider before registering to this program.
Modifications will be provided to suit your own needs.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Optional to bring a blanket for the
end of class and any other props you may think necessary.
