Description

Find your fit in Adult Gym Class. In this beginner-friendly program, an instructor introduces a new sport each week- pickleball, badminton, table tennis, basketball and more! Build confidence, learn fundamentals, and meet new people in a supportive, recreational setting. No experience is required and equipment is provided.

Please bring indoor, non-marking shoes and a water bottle.

Ages 18+.
