Description

Exercise preformed suspended in deep water with the use of a floatation device. Designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Class focus is on muscle strengthening and cardio conditioning.

To receive a refund, withdrawals must be done by 11:59pm the day prior to the start of the program.
Pool temp 84 degrees F. No access to other amenities.
