Description

There is a classroom and pool component.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Friday - 5 pm to 9 pm

Saturday & Sunday - 12 pm to 9 pm

Pre-requisites: Bronze Cross or National Lifeguard AND 15 years of age.

Lesson planning, stroke development and correction techniques are taught. You will learn how to teach and evaluate strokes and rescue skills.

100% Attendance is mandatory.
