Description

Exercises preformed in chest deep water in a warm water setting at a moderate pace. Focuses on muscle conditioning, coordination and overall coordination.

Cancellations or transfers must be completed by 11:59pm the day prior to the start of the program.

Offered in warm pool, 92°F. Stair entry, wheelchair accessible
via chairlift. Separate changerooms from main pool. 20 persons
capacity. Bench with jets surrounds smallest circular area of pool.
