Description
Classes are mainly focused on developing and practicing basic techniques to more complex ones, to better understand the different techniques and their applications and thus be able to apply them correctly. It consists of techniques of punching, blocking, striking, and kicking .This technique are combined into specific patterns called FORMS and are applied against opponents in controlled sparring. Continuous practice will help to develop better resistance, strength and flexibility, as well as good discipline and self-confidence.
The advanced class includes elements of physical contact, which includes sparring and essential techniques of self defense. This class also offers the opportunity to be graded and progress through various belt levels.
*1 session of Beginner Martial Arts is required prior to taking this class.
