Description

We will practice breathing techniques, proper alignment and mindfulness connected to the pelvic floor. Learn to engage and release the pelvic floor muscle and various exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and assist with incontinence issues. This course will combine pelvic floor work, breath work and exercise to incorporate into you daily life. Floor work will be done in class.
