Continue your Tai Chi journey that builds on the foundations learned in Tai Chi Beginner. This continuing program offers participants the opportunity to deepen their practice, refine movements, and cultivate greater strength, balance, and relaxation. Through guided instruction and progressive sequences, participants will explore more advanced forms, enhance coordination, and improve body awareness. Emphasis is placed on mindful movement, breath work, and developing a smoother, more confident flow.
