Breathwork is a powerful tool for physical and emotional release, for cultivating extra energy, and for deep relaxation and stress relief. When combined with gentle movement, it supports the mobilization of stuck energy and can help release discomfort or pain and ease anxiety and stress. We will explore how breath can help you access deeper body awareness through activation, grounding and relaxation techniques. No experience necessary, everyone is welcome.
