This is a circuit style training class with a dynamic warm up, workout and a flexibility cool down. The movements are focused on longevity and athletics and are designed to be done at your own ability pain-free. Class will be a full body workout that will make you feel stronger and more confident with moving your body. Class can be scaled to any fitness level and is perfect for beginners.
