Interval Fitness is a low-impact interval training class designed to help you build strength, boost energy, and gain confidence. This 60-minute class alternates between cardio and strength training exercises, with encouragement along the way. No experience needed - modifications available for all levels.

Only registered participants are allowed in the program.
