Description

Join us for a free gentle exercise program led by SMART™ (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) trained staff. Each class includes a warm-up, aerobic endurance, cool down, balance, strength (using 1 or 2 lb weights), and flexibility movements. All classes can be done seated or standing. This program is offered in collaboration with Community Support Connections.
