Description

Join us for a free gentle exercise program led by SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) trained staff. Each class includes a warm up, aerobic endurance, cool down, balance, strength (using 1 or 2lb weights) and flexibility movements. All classes can be done seated or standing. This program is offered in collaboration with Community Support connections.
