Description

This is a supportive and inclusive social group for people living with dementia or experiencing memory loss and their caregivers. Every 2^nd and 4^th Tuesday of each month, come join us for some fun together. We will offer different activities including games, music, crafts, guest speakers and informal discussions such as, useful information and services that are designed to make living with dementia a little easier. PLEASE NOTE: Caregivers must register and attend the program.
