Yin yoga is a slow-paced stationary practice which poses are held for longer periods of time. In stillness, the practice of yin targets the deeper connective tissues to help prevent joint rigidity and to improve flexibility and mobility. Please bring your own mat.
We have limited supply of Yoga Blocks, so please bring your own if you can.
