Body Sculpt is a full body workout that strengthens and challenges every muscle group. Tone and strengthen your whole body using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, bands, weighted bars, kettle bells, and mats. Options are provided so that you work at a level that is right for you. Some of the proven benefits of strength training are:
