Description
The aim of the beginner class is to inform all aspects of Karate training. Mainly through exercises like running, jumping, stretching for better coordination, balance and above all the ability to concentrate. The techniques of blocking, striking and kicking are purely basic where there is no physical contact (sparring) nor any grading exams.
Note: Students who complete the basic course and are interested in continuing their training will be able to register for the
advanced class. (Normally the basic course is only attended once)
