Description
This course takes the player past the basics of the game. Meant for players who have some experience playing before and/or already have a basic understanding of the game. We will cover, serve/serve receive options, and strategies, court positioning & court responsibilities, etiquette, ground strokes, learn 3 shot drops, using the drop/soft shot, punch and block volleys, resets, the lob and safe lob retrieval, smashes, improving technique and effective partner play. Though often seen as low impact, players still need enough mobility to react to shots and move laterally without strain. *Players should have some experience playing and an understanding of scoring.
