Kickboxing classes with Moksh are a fantastic way to embark on a fitness journey that is both challenging and rewarding. Our **progressive** curriculum is designed to accommodate **all levels**, ensuring that each student receives the attention and guidance they need. Beginners will learn the foundational techniques of kickboxing, including proper stance, punches, and kicks, in a supportive and energetic environment. As students advance, they will explore more intricate combinations and engage in controlled sparring sessions to apply their skills in real-time scenarios.
To ensure that all participants benefit from a structured learning experience, Moksh's policy is**no new students will be accepted two weeks after classes begin**. This approach allows our instructors to focus on the group's progression and helps maintain a consistent pace for all students. Our experienced coach is dedicated to helping you improve your health, learn self-defense, and potentially prepare for competition, should that be your goal.
