Core & Bone Strength with Kelli Saunders This class focuses on building core strength while introducing techniques that support bone health. Participants move through a mix of weight-bearing exercises, resistance training using weights and bands, and optional power-based movements such as small jumps, skipping, or hops, with modifications offered as needed. The class supports overall strength, stability, and confidence through purposeful, progressive movement. Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
