Description
Core & Bone Strength with Kelli Saunders
This class focuses on building core strength while introducing techniques that support bone health. Participants move through a mix of weight-bearing exercises, resistance training using weights and bands, and optional power-based movements such as small jumps, skipping, or hops, with modifications offered as needed. The class supports overall strength, stability, and confidence through purposeful, progressive movement.

Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.

Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
