Strength Foundations with Kira Onysko Unlock your body's true strength potential! This workout focuses on building muscle mass and through targeted strength training. Using progressive overload techniques, we'll challenge your muscles gradually to ensure consistent growth and strength gains. Regular fitness testing will help you track your progress and stay motivated. Whether you're a beginner or looking to elevate your current routine, this class will teach you what your body is capable of and empower you to reach new fitness heights!
