Strength Foundations with Kira Onysko
Unlock your body's true strength potential! This workout focuses on building muscle mass and through targeted strength training. Using progressive overload techniques, we'll challenge your muscles gradually to ensure consistent growth and strength gains. Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
