Balance & Build with Kira Onysko
Balance & Build is a low-impact, Pilates and barre-inspired workout focused on core strength, mobility, and stability. Using light weights and bodyweight, slow, controlled movements build muscle endurance, control, and precision. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class supports improved posture, increased flexibility, and a stronger, more balanced body through mindful, sustained effort.

Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.

Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
