Yin Yoga with Nicole
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice suitable for all levels, using long-held, supported poses to improve flexibility, joint health, and mobility. Mindful breathing calms the nervous system while a full-body sequence focusing on hips and spine releases tension. Class ends with relaxation or meditation, leaving participants grounded, relaxed, and restored—an ideal complement to more active training and daily stress.

Registration
Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
Pricing
Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
