Description
Bring your own baby and reconnect with your body in BYOBaby Fitness, a gentle and supportive workout designed specifically for moms with their babies.
This low-impact, beginner-friendly class focuses on rebuilding strength, improving posture, supporting core function, and creating space for self-care and connection. Modifications will be available, and workouts will progress in difficulty as strength improves.
Babies may stay near mom on a mat, blanket, or in their car seat, and may optionally be incorporated into some exercises.
This class is for moms with babies 6 weeks to non-walking. Moms must have medical clearance to resume exercise, typically around 6 to 8 weeks postpartum.
Important Class Information
One parent/adult per baby for space purposes.
Registration should be completed through the mom’s account.
Babies will stay with mom on a mat, blanket, or in their car seat.
Please bring a baby blanket or mat, toys or comfort items, and anything typically needed for an outing with your baby.
Strollers should be left outside the room.
Car seats and baby carriers may be brought inside and kept close.
Baby carriers are optional.
Feeding, changing, and tending to baby as needed is completely fine.
Moms remain responsible for supervising their own baby.
