Morning Meltdown 2.0 with Michelle Morning Meltdown has been extended for another 5 classes during our Late Spring Group Fitness Block! All fitness levels welcome Modifications provided as needed Kickstart your metabolism with this full-body, 45-minute workout. Using a variety of equipment, this class focuses on strength, power, and cardio. All exercises are delivered in a circuit/interval-style format. Dates & Times - Possible extension of program through fitness block Mondays, 10:00 AM–10:45 AM May 25 - June 22, 2026 Location Moncrief Construction Sports Centre Registration Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program. Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
