Morning Yoga with Nicole
Ease into your Wednesday with a practice that gently supports both stability and mobility. This 4-part series focuses on improving balance and flexibility through slow, supportive Hatha yoga. With a blend of standing balance work and floor-based stretches, you’ll leave each class feeling more grounded, open, and comfortably connected to your body.

Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
Pricing
Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
