Morning Meltdown with Michelle All fitness levels welcome Modifications provided as needed Kickstart your metabolism with this full-body, 45-minute workout. Using a variety of equipment, this class focuses on strength, power, and cardio. All exercises are delivered in a circuit/interval-style format.
