Barbell Pump: Total Body Strength Workout with Michelle Martins
All fitness levels welcome
In this class we will be using a Body Pump bar and dumbbells for a full body strength workout. We will squat, press, lift, row, and curl to high energy music on the beat. This workout fusses high reps with lower weight, to help strengthen your total body.

Registration
Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
Pricing
Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
