SpinStrong with Kim
SpinSTRONG blends classic and rhythm-style indoor cycling with targeted strength training for a total-body burn. Alternate between heart-pumping spin intervals and resistance work using dumbbells and bodyweight to build endurance and lean muscle. This fast-paced workout keeps participants engaged while improving strength and cardio fitness. All fitness levels welcome—come ready to sweat, lift, and ride strong your way.

Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.

Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
