Resistance and Recovery with Kelli
Half the class focuses on muscle conditioning using bodyweight exercises, bands, or dumbbells to challenge strength and endurance. The second half shifts to recovery through mobility work, stretching, and rolling to support movement quality. This balanced format delivers an efficient express workout followed by a calm, relaxing start to your Friday, helping you transition smoothly into the day.

Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.

Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
