Gentle Hatha Stretch with Nicole This gentle Hatha yoga class is designed for beginners and anyone looking for a slow, supportive, and accessible practice. I guide students step by step through foundational yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. In this class, poses are held long enough to explore proper form without rushing, allowing time to build strength, stability, and confidence. Modifications and prop options are always offered so you can work comfortably within your own body. We focus on simple transitions, functional movement, and learning how to safely enter and exit poses. Breath awareness is woven throughout the practice to help calm the nervous system and support mindful movement. You’ll learn how to coordinate breath with motion, creating a steady rhythm that encourages relaxation and focus. Each class ends with gentle stretching and a short relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to your body. This class is ideal if you are new to yoga, returning after a break, or seeking a calm, supportive environment to move with ease.
