Core and Bone Strong with Kelli This class focuses on building strength and resilience in your core while introducing effective techniques for developing strong bones. Enjoy a mix of weight-bearing exercises, resistance training with weights and bands, and power-based movements (such as mini jumps, skipping, or hops, with modifications) designed to help stimulate bone growth. A must for anyone looking to improve bone health, core stability, and overall muscle strength. Dates & Times Wednesdays, 12:05 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. March 4 to April 22, 2026 Location Moncrief Construction Sports Centre Registration Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program. Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
