Chair Yoga with Sharron
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the support of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or mobility challenges who find a traditional yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice. Chair yoga offers many of the benefits of yoga without having to get up and down off the floor.

Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
Pricing
Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
