Balance & Build with Kira
Balance & Build is a low-impact, Pilates- and barre-inspired workout designed to build core strength, improve mobility, and activate stabilizing muscles. Using light weights and your own bodyweight, you’ll move through high repetitions and slow, controlled movements that promote muscle endurance and precision. This class is perfect for all fitness levels seeking to strengthen overall stability through mindful movement and sustained effort. Expect improved flexibility, better posture, and a more balanced, resilient body in a supportive and energizing environment.

Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.

Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
