Power Up! with Kelli
Spend your lunchtime with friends while building power each week. Every class is different, but you can count on intervals and reps that challenge both endurance and strength. A mix of cardio movements and conditioning exercises delivers a full-body workout designed to help you end the week strong.

Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
Pricing
Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
