Description
Resistance and Recovery with Kelli
Half the class focuses on muscle conditioning by adding resistance through bodyweight exercises, bands, or dumbbells. The second half shifts to muscle recovery using mobility movements, stretching, and rolling. Enjoy an efficient express workout followed by a calm, relaxing start to your Friday.

Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.

Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
