Gentle Hatha Stretch with Nicole
This class is a soothing blend of gentle Hatha yoga and mindful stretching, designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance in both body and mind. Movements are slow and intentional, using the breath to guide each stretch and create space in the muscles and joints.
Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a calming practice, Gentle Hatha Stretch helps increase mobility, reduce stiffness, and quiet the nervous system. Props and modifications are encouraged so every body feels supported. You’ll leave class feeling more open, grounded, and deeply relaxed.

Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.

Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
