Chair Yoga with Sharron Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible form of yoga practiced while seated in a chair, making it ideal for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. It offers the benefits of traditional yoga—such as improved flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance—without the need to get down on the floor. Chair Yoga also promotes relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being, making it a great option for those recovering from injury, experiencing limited mobility, or simply looking for a calming way to stay active. Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
