Chair Yoga with Sharron
Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible form of yoga practiced while seated in a chair, making it ideal for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. It offers the benefits of traditional yoga—such as improved flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance—without the need to get down on the floor. Chair Yoga also promotes relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being, making it a great option for those recovering from injury, experiencing limited mobility, or simply looking for a calming way to stay active.

Registration
Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.
Pricing
Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
