Core and Bone Strong with Kelli
This class focuses on building strength and resilience in your core while introducing effective techniques for developing strong bones. Enjoy a mix of weight-bearing exercises, resistance training with weights and bands, and power-based movements (such as mini jumps, skipping, or hops, with modifications) designed to help stimulate bone growth. A must for anyone looking to improve bone health, core stability, and overall muscle strength.

Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.

Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
