Evening Yin Yoga with Nicole
This evening yin yoga practice offers a slow, mindful exploration of stillness and sensation. Through long-held postures on the floor, connective tissues—including tendons, ligaments, and fascia—are gently stressed and hydrated to encourage greater mobility and joint health. The practice also supports energy flow through the body’s meridian pathways, promoting balance and vitality. As you settle into each shape, awareness deepens, creating space for reflection, patience, and inner quiet. A meditative way to end the day in harmony and presence.

Participants may register online for the full program block up until the start of the program.
Single-class registrations and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk.

Members (3/6/12-month): Free
Non-Members: $7 per class when registering for the full block (discounted) or regular drop-in rate
