Description
The Awesome Adventures After School Program offers a fun, active, and engaging environment for children aged 6 to 11. Running from January 5 to March 13, 2026, this program provides a balanced mix of learning, creativity, and physical activity to keep kids motivated and happy after the school day ends.
Each afternoon features a combination of structured and free-choice activities designed to encourage social interaction, teamwork, and skill development. Children will rotate through a variety of exciting weekly themes and experiences, including:
Tutoring opportunities to support school learning and build academic confidence
Swimming sessions focused on fun, fitness, and water safety awareness
Sports and games that promote teamwork, coordination, and active play
Arts and crafts to inspire creativity and imagination
STEM activities that introduce hands-on problem-solving and exploration
The program operates on weekdays from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre.
Registration is $65 per week, and spaces are limited. Registration opens December 19 at 9:00 a.m.
Due to PD days on January 30 and February 27, as well as Family Day on February 16, these weeks will run for four days, with a reduced weekly cost of $52.
Carpooling Option
Families registered for at least one week of the Awesome Adventures After School Program may opt in to the Carpool Connection Form to be matched with others for shared transportation to the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre.
