Description

National Lifeguard certification is the industry standard for professional Lifeguards in Canada. National Lifeguard (NL) Guards water rescue professionals trained in emergency care. They prevent accidents; are trained to spot potential trouble and intervene before it become life threatening. Candidates must be 15 years of age and have taken Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid (need not be current). There are 6 physical fitness standards in this course - candidates are encourage to practice their 400 meter timed swim (10 minutes) before starting this course.
