Kenora Cricket League Twilight Summer 2026

The Kenora Cricket League is a City-facilitated, community-supported recreational cricket league that provides organized gameplay, balanced teams, regular season standings, playoffs, umpiring support, and championship prizes. Played using a modified T10 heavy tennis-ball cricket format at Rec Small, the league is designed for players of all skill levels, whether you are new to the game or an experienced cricketer looking for organized competition. Players register individually and are assigned to teams to promote balanced and competitive play.

Players can take advantage of the $90 Early Bird registration rate until Wednesday, August 5 at 6:00 p.m., after which the regular registration fee is $110 per player. Teams will be formed from all players registered by the Early Bird deadline, with rosters created to balance experience, skill level, and player availability. Team assignments and league information will be emailed to registered participants by 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, allowing players to prepare for opening night.

The regular season runs from August 7 to September 25. Games are scheduled at Rec Small on Monday and Friday evenings and are approximately 90 minutes in length.

The season concludes on Friday, September 25 with the championship game. Championship prizes will be awarded following the conclusion of the final game.

Registration includes field bookings, main umpire fees, league administration and facilitation, scheduling, standings, player communication, equipment coordination, playoffs, and championship prizes. Full league rules, team rosters, schedules, and season information will be emailed directly to all registered participants before league play begins.
