Description

Pre-schoolers age 3-5 actively learn and develop new swimming skills through games and songs. Children MUST be 3 years of age on the FIRST day of lessons.

Swimmers will learn to: Enter and exit shallow water wearing a PFD; Jump in to chest deep water; submerge and exhale 3 times; float on front and back for 3 seconds in a relaxed manner wearing a PFD or with a buoyant aid; roll laterally front to back and back to front wearing a PFD; glide on front and back for 3m wearing a PFD or with a buoyant aid; flutter kick on back with a buoyant aid for 5m
