Description

Pre-schoolers age 3-5 actively learn and develop new swimming skills through games and songs. Children MUST be 3 years of age on the FIRST day of lessons.

Swimmers will learn to:

1) Forward roll wearing a PFD

2) Tread water for 10 seconds

3) Submerge and hold breath

4) Recover objects from the bottom in chest deep water

5) Whip kick in a vertical position

6) Front and back crawl 5m

7) Interval training flutter kicking
