Description

Pre-schoolers age 3-5 actively learn and develop new swimming skills through games and songs. Children MUST be 3 years of age on the FIRST day of lessons.

Swimmers will learn to:
1) Recover objects from the bottom in waist deep water
2) Perform front and back floats independently
3) Glide through the water on their front and back for 3 meters
4) Flutter kick on their front and back for 5 meters
5) Jump in to deep water wearing PFD
